Petros Keshishian, Ph.D.
Dr. Petros Keshishian has over 20 years of experience in building predictive models and insightful analytics for insurance industry. Has led teams of actuaries, scientists and software engineers in building predictive models for decision making from inception to product delivery. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Yerevan Polytechnic Institute, a Master’s Degree in Earthquake Engineering from American University of Armenia and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
Dr. Keshishian has extensive experience in developing cloud based software tools and solutions for insurance risk management, data analytics, claims management and portfolio optimization.
Dr. Keshishian has vast experience in catastrophe risk modeling that covers perils from earthquakes and hurricanes to wildfires and pandemics. With deep knowledge of insurance financial analytics and machine learning techniques he has helped clients build automated tools for solving challenging issues both in day-to-day business as well as unique one time critical problems.
Marine Gouchian, CPA, CIA
Ms. Marine’ Gouchian has 24 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Audit and Operational Control with Fortune-100 companies in construction, high-tech, manufacturing, biotech and non-profit industries. Ms. Gouchian is a CPA and a CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) and holds an MBA degree with a concentration in Finance. She is an active advocate of her profession and serves on the board of Northern CA East Bay Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors since 2005.
During her engagements with ARC Document Solutions, Ernst & Young and Safeway she has lead integrated financial and operational audits, SOX compliance testing, system pre and post implementation reviews, facilitated workshops and fraud investigations. Financial audits of fortune 500 companies. Reviewed the financial management and internal control processes and procedures. Provided recommendations for process and control improvements.
Armen Martirossian, Ph.D., PE
Dr. Armen Martirossyan is Certified Professional Civil Engineer in The State of California with over 20 years of experience in structural design, construction inspection and monitoring. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from Yerevan Polytechnic Institute, a Master’s Degree in Earthquake Engineering from American University of Armenia and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California.
Dr. Martirossyan has extensive experience in structural design, construction management, inspection and qualty control as well as monitoring and evaluation.
He has succefully led large construction projects in the United States, Mexico and other countries around the world.
Armine Matentsian, MBA
Ms. Armnie Matentian has over 28 years of experience in program and account management in engineering, business operations, marketing and finance in global fast paced environments. She is recognized as an energetic and innovative leader and team member, who can anticipate and drive change. An advocate of result-driven actions and continuous improvements. A change agent with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with an analytical background and creative problem solving skills.
Ms. Matentsian has documented, enforced and standardized key processes and specifications in engineering, quality and marketing organizations. Led and directed teams in strategic and tactical aspects of business.
She has communicated effectively across all levels of the organization. Managed project conflicts, detected and solved issues effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Led project meetings, managed and executed project deliverables and deadlines independently.
Rouben Amirbekian, Ph.D.
Dr. Rouben Amirbekian has over 25 years of experience in operational control and data analytics. He holds a Ph.D. in Seismology from the University of California at Berkeley.
Dr. Amirbekian has designed and implemented several analytical models in the areas of operational control and predictive analysis for major Fortune 100 companies.
Dr. Amirbekian holds several patents in the area of data analytics and operational control.
